1. What is the PGMA – FAST Program of TESDA?
 
            The PGMA – FAST Program is a special project to broaden access of poor but deserving students / workers to TESDA’s assessment and certification services.
 
2. What are the objectives of the Project?
 
            The Project’s objectives are:
 
·         To ensure that job-ready students/workers obtain certification as an additional credential;
 
·         To determine the level of qualification
 
3. Who may apply for FREE assessment and certification?
 
            JOB –READY, POOR BUT DESERVING students, workers
 
4. Where to apply?
 
            TESDA Regional and Provincial Offices
            TESDA Assessment Centers
 
5. What are the requirements for application?
 
·         Duly Accomplished Application Form
·         2 passport size pictures with name written at the back
  
6. Where are assessment conducted?
 
            In the following TESDA Technology Institutions (All TESDA Supervised Schools, Regional Training Centers and Provincial Training Centers):
 
·         Provincial Training Center – Baler
·         Regional Training Center – Mariveles
·         Provincial Training Center – Orion
·         Korea – Phil. Information Technology Training Center
·         Regional Training Center – Guiguinto

7. What are the Qualifications covered by assessment?
 
            Assessment shall cover only Qualifications with promulgated Training Regulations (WTR) herein listed:

8. Who shall conduct the assessment?

            Assessment shall be conducted by TESDA accredited assessors in TESDA Assessment Centers.
 
9. What are the schedule for assessment?
 
·         Assessment shall be done twice a week for three (3) qualifications per assessment schedule;
·         It shall be conducted every Saturday and Sunday
·         Details of the schedule of assessment for every Qualification shall be provided/posted by the TESDA Assessment Centers.
 
10. How much is the assessment fee?
 
            The cost of assessment is FREE in the TESDA Assessment Centers.
