The Central Luzon Small and Medium Enterprise(CLSME) Team is the regional counterpart of the National SMED Council. Convened in the year 2005 , it aims toforge closer cooperation among the government, private sector and even civil society towards achieving the goal of the SME Development Plan and the President‘s 10-point Agenda, which includes the creation of 10 million jobs and assistance to 3 million entrepreneurs.
